STUDIO RENTAL
Petite Art Studio, Katonah NY
Our studio is available for rent by local artists, practitioners, and small groups running enrichment programs, classes, or workshops. We share our space with educators and practitioners who value pedagogy, approach their work with intention, and treat children and families with warmth and respect.
Rate: $150 per hour (one hour minimum)
The Space
Our light-filled studio is located in the heart of downtown Katonah, steps from local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The space comfortably accommodates small groups and includes two tables with seating for 6 to 8 guests at each, a 5x7 rug area and book library, WiFi, a motortized projector screen with Apple TV for screen mirroring, and bathroom access in the hall. Art materials and supplies are not included unless arranged in advance. Please note the studio is located up one flight of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Free street parking is available nearby.
Policies
Renters must carry their own liability insurance, name Petite Art Studio as an additional insured, and provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to the first session. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Multi-week arrangements are available- just ask.

RENTAL POLICIES & FINE PRINT
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to the first session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your session are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be refunded in full minus the deposit. Rescheduling due to extreme weather will not incur a fee.
