STUDIO RENTAL

Our studio is available for rent by local artists, educators, and small groups. Whether you're running an enrichment program, a workshop, a class, or simply need a quiet and inspiring space to hold a meeting, we'd love to have you. We welcome educators who value thoughtful teaching, keep their classes calm and intentional, and approach children and families with warmth and respect.

RATE

$150 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. (one hour minimum)

The Space

Our cozy, light filled studio is located in the heart of downtown Katonah, just steps from local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The space comfortably accommodates small groups and includes two tables with seating for 6 to 8 guests each, a 5 x 7 rug area and book library, WiFi, a motorized projector screen with Apple TV for screen mirroring, and bathroom access in the hall.

Art materials and supplies are not included unless arranged in advance.

Please note that the studio is located up one flight of stairs and is not stroller or wheelchair accessible. Free street parking is available nearby.

Policies

Renters are required to carry their own liability insurance, name Petite Art Studio and Van’s Service Center as additional insured, and provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to the first session.

A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Multi-week arrangements are available- just ask.
