We're excited to have you and/or your child join us at Petite Art Studio. Before we get started on our creative adventures, let's go over a few important things:

1- We know that creating art can be a joyful experience, but it may also involve some risks, such as using art supplies and tools, physical movement, and interacting with other participants. We promise to do our best to keep things safe!

By checking this box, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my (or my child’s) participation in Petite Art Studio activities.

2- Your safety and well-being are important to us. If a medical emergency arises, you authorize us to provide care or seek professional medical help as needed.

By checking this box, I authorize Petite Art Studio, in the event of an emergency, to seek medical treatment for myself (or my child). I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

3- We strive to make the Studio a positive and respectful space for all participants. By signing, you agree to follow our rules and expectations to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone. The Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant (adult or child) whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

4- We love to capture the magic of art-making at Petite Art Studio! By signing, you consent to us taking photographs or videos during activities. These images may be used for promotional or educational purposes on our website, social media, or other materials. We promise to use them thoughtfully and respectfully.

Our top priority is to provide a welcoming environment where everyone feels safe and respected. When we feel safe, our creativity thrives. Here are some important guidelines to ensure a fun and fulfilling experience for all participants:

Practice Kindness:
Let kindness guide your words and actions. Treat your fellow artists, instructors, and yourself with respect.
Listen with Care:
When instructions are being given, listen closely and follow along. This ensures everyone understands what to do and helps maintain a calm, creative space.
Keep it Tidy:
When you finish creating, take a moment to tidy up your workspace. Putting supplies back where they belong and cleaning up your table and floor helps keep the studio a welcoming space for all.
Use Supplies Safely:
Handle all materials with care. Whether it’s scissors, glue, or paint, using them thoughtfully and responsibly ensures everyone’s safety.
Respect Others' Art:
Every piece of art holds its own special meaning. Respect others’ artwork by not touching or altering it without permission. Be considerate and encouraging when offering comments on someone else’s work.
